Why I don’t use gender neutral pronouns.
I don’t really mind anyone else using them, but personally I’ll call you what you want to be called
I don’t care if you’re a 6”7’ tall, hairy, built like a tank person with a dick the size of Texas. If you want to be addressed as female I will address you as such.
Similarly, if you’re a curvy, soft faced, person with massive boobs. If you want to be addressed as male I will address you as such.
Also if I do not know the preferred gender of the person I will stick to “they” as I have always thought this polite. This is the same for a person that switches genders or is completely gender neutral.
In all cases I will also use their preferred name.
As this system has always worked I’ve never seen the need for gender neutral pronouns.
